Healing Hearts in Hope Veteran's Retreat Center,(HHHVRC), is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization founded by Teresa "Flying Eagle" Baird. Teresa's husband, William L. Baird, was a Vietnam Veteran who later took his own life as a result of delayed stress, (PTSD). Teresa has set aside 17 acres of their land for the benefit of American Veterans who are in need of hope and healing. This beautiful rain forest, nestled at the base of Mt. Pilchuck, near Granite Falls, Washington, provides inspiration and offers opportunity to Veterans to heal and find internal peace.
