Thank you for reaching out to the Thomas A. Biddle Foundation for assistance. Criteria for assistance is that your Veteran died by suicide and you have a copy of their DD 214. All information provided is intended for the foundation use and will not be released with out your written permission. Surviving spouses and children are eligible for assistance. And under certain circumstances parents and siblings can also be eligible for assistance. Educational Scholarship. Camp or Retreat Registration, Emergency Financial Assistance.
